PRINT PROFILES – I have added new print profiles with different diameters for larger and smaller caps. I recommend printing the M size first and then deciding which size is ideal for you.
XXXS – 28,6 mm diameter
XXS – 28,8 mm diameter
XS – 29 mm diameter
S – 29,2 mm diameter
M – 29,4 mm diameter (recommended)
L – 29,6 mm diameter
XL – 29,8 mm diameter
It seems that there is a problem with the diameters of PET bottle caps from different countries. This problem can be solved by scaling the tool up or down. For my cap with a diameter of approximately 29.9 mm, the inner diameter of the tool is 29.4 mm. I would like to create more print profiles for different types of PET bottles from different countries, but I do not have the opportunity to physically test them. If you find the right scale for the right diameter, please let me know!
