A clean well-kept instance of Soviet heritage. This model is based on a real house of Novosibirsk, Akademgorodok.Several dozen such houses, located in a quiet place, look pretty nice mainly due to picked paint colors.

Blender scene contains the most accurate materials plus interior and exterior point lights. If you prefer, you can reduce polygon count by two thirds by removing “Building_Roof_Shifer_HP” though roof will become less ‘render-friendly’.
Yea I know residents have to climb through the window to reach the balcony. Less smoking – more sports!
