This is a slim and snug bumper case for the GoPro Hero 9.
Walls are 1.4 mm thick, which provides protection against falls and contact with other objects, while maintaining a slim profile on the camera. The corners are slightly reinforced to increase protection.
This case does not cover any microphones, screens, or LEDs, and still allows access to the battery and mounting tabs.
The case does not account for tempered glass screen protectors, as they are not yet available and I don’t model what I cannot try before publishing. I will update (if necessary) when protectors become available.
Printing instructions:
It was designed to print right side down.
I recommend using the version with supports included, as they were sized specifically for this object. The supports are optimized for a 0.2mm layer height.
I’m using Tianse TPU at 228C, but you do what works best in your printer.
There is a small tab connecting the lens cover to the body, this tab is to prevent a cantilever when printing. You can cut with a knife, or tear is with some force.
