Thinkpad (Laptop) leg / stand

Thinkpad (Laptop) leg / stand

I’ve designed a Thinkpad styled laptop legs/feet/stand to disperse the heat from my old Thinkpad better. It also improved the typing experience by tilting the laptop. You can adjust the height by poping up the short or long feet.

For the hinge to work, you need to assemble all the parts as pictured and insert a small piece of 1.75mm filament. I printed the parts in black and used a red filament to match the ThinkPad design language.

I’ve attach them to the bottom of my ThinkPads using some 3M Command double side strips. They are strong and easy to peel off if I (or you) regret it.

You can see how they work on my T420 and X240 in the photos.
