at least pirates and other such bandits have the honesty of being enemies, allowing you to fire back. not the Galactic Police! as a space trucker your there prey of choice. the least of your fines would be on contraband, there’s also a pile of rules and paperwork being a cargo hauler entails. any slip of which will cost you so much in fines you may wish you could bribe them as it would be cheaper.
