A building of modular units, held in place with magnetic “tractor beams” in a futuristic world of infinIte, ever-lasting energy. An arm that rides along a vertical tractor beam positions each unit as needed. Units can be replaced when a tenant moves, or a remodel or in the event of a fire, the unit can be removed.
The model is still in very early progress, so stay tuned.
