Though the ‘Audi TT’ name will live on, it will be used on an all-electric SUV. Audi will be pulling the plug on the production of its small two-door sports coupe, the TT, in 2023.
A grumpy, throaty roar from the engine is backed up by the raucous exhaust system to produce a hugely exciting audio experience – especially during launch control – using which will catapult the little TT RS to 62mph in just 3.7-seconds, or 3.9 in our roadster variant.
The Audi TT RS Coupe is very similar to the TTS Coupe in size and shape, but it has a bigger five-cylinder engine with 400hp, so it can go from 0-62mph in a mere 3.7 seconds and it sounds a whole lot more dramatic with its musical engine.
