Hi, this is my purely fictional version of Sd. Kfz 251 Half-Truck in which tracks got swapped with a four wheels, which provided less of a off-road capabilities than it’s predicessor, but resulted in higher speed.
This concept has nothing to do with any real life design, but some sources states, that there actually were cases of Sd.Kfz family Half-Trucks being equipped with truck axis instead of standard pair of tracks. (Tho i wasn’t really able to find a reliable source of this statement). My design was higly influenced by the late-war German designs which were just really meant to stop the unstoppable, and were a designs that had tons of flaws (this particular one would most likely suffer from transmission and ground pressure issues, but that just adds an big W to the overall realism of this design, cause that was pretty common when it comes to german vehicles lmao). Equipped with highly modified Panzer II turret holds a 37mm cannon, paired with NVD devices.
