Colt 9mm, not a SMG. The AR6951 is a semi-automatic carbine with a 16 inch barrel mainly marketed towards civilians, security firms and law enforcement patrol officers. It features modern M4 furnitures and a flat top upper with picatinny rails for mounting optics.
