Assault rifle in 5.56mm (5.56x45mm NATO) calibre. In general, the design is similar to the AR-15, but instead of a direct action of powder gases on the bolt, it uses a short-stroke piston system. In all other respects (ergonomics, ammunition, modularity), it is very similar to M4 rifles
