My new Acer laptop shipped with a really basic AC/DC adapter only a small on wire organizing clip leaving it very messy when moving around with it. This is a simple slim design that is two part, requiring little material and low weight, which you push onto either end of the adapter for a friction fit not needing rubber bands or zip ties or glue. You then wrap the cord around the adapter inside the “ears” and clip on the AC power end into a cutout. The DC end has its own clip on the wire to secure so a cutout for that wire was not included.
My original measurements using a caliper made a very snug fit and I recommend printing it at 1-2% larger in size (2% on the safer end). Unfortunately this model needs supports all around and its best printed on its side for the strongest print layer lines on the ears. The original design has straight ears, but you can bend them inward if you want a more compact shape with a heatgun. The ear cutouts for the AC cord needs to be trimmed and sanded so that it will not cut abrade the plastic wire covering.

Notes:
Print this on its sides with supports, I used a high infill but it should be fine printing with lower such as 15% as long as you give it enough walls, 3 walls is plenty. Printed with a 0.5mm nozzle in black Zlytech PLA.
Post-Printing
Remove supports, trim and sand the cutout wire holder so it doesn’t damage your wire.
