In order to get the tablet to stay in place I’ve added a top module that is to be connected to the bar module using an rubber band. The bar is snapped into place onto the left and right module.
I have also extended the bar length to 160mm (from 140mm) and created an additional 180mm wide bar.

The weak spot is the hook on the left and right modules if your print does not allow for flexibility and if the headrest rod has a large diameter.
Post-Printing
Printed in ABS with 30% rectilinear infill
I did my first with 20% but the hook broke so I increased to 30%. I will also do acetone vapor smoothing to increase the strength a bit more and to get a nicer finish.
