[DIA] Insulin pen travel case (more types) v1.0

This case is primarily made for travelling, but it is handy even in everyday use. It has two sections for insulin pens and one section for 4 pen needles. Case contains hole for lanyard strap.
Case is water ressistant and can be waterproof, but there are limitations by 3D printing. I recommend to use O-ring 45×2. It helps with lid tightening and water resistancy.
It’s size is comparable to a taller deodorant or taller 250ml energy drink. Do you have different pen or not sure, if it fits? See notes down bellow.
Assembly

– Case_seal + Lid_seal or Case_no_seal + Lid_no_seal
– Needles or Needles_tag
– Seal version use with O-ring 45×2

Supported pens

If you have same pen with different insulin, you can use the case too. For example, if you have Tresiba, you can use case for Fiasp etc.
* Fiasp + Lantus (and other pens of this size)
* Fiasp + Fiasp (and other pens of this size)

– Fiasp lenght: 153 mm
– Lantus length: 164 mm

Needle insert has two versions. Needles is simple with lock to case, Needles_tag has space for personal info on scrolled paper.

Notes:

* Working on more types for different insulin pens. It’s matter of time.
* Added TEST body to print and see, if your pens fit the case. If your pens go through and have length smaller, than the pens length for that case, your pens should fit too.
* For best results set Z-seam to a certain position and then rotate the case till the line doesn’t cross any text.
* 5.8.2021 – Next pen in line is KwikPen and some universal.
