I wanted to scan film negatives with my DSLR camera.
And I made a similar set-up.
Then I decided I wanted to 3D print something a little easier and nicer looking, so after I found GigaKnight’s perfect lens adapter, I made this. Point it at a bright, diffuse, light and snap!
On my camera I have to turn off auto focus to make it work, so just make sure to focus it.
I used superglue to attach the negative holder to the hood.
