HOW TO PRINT THIS THING:
ALL PARTS ARE TO BE MADE OF PETG – PLA is too brittle and does not work
RANDOMIZE THE Z-SEAM ORIENTATION in the slicer – so the seam gets distributed evenly
print the segments oriented with the rim on the bottom
if the tube segments fit too lose or too tight adjust the flow/extrusion rate in 3% steps. it needs to be super tight
print the segments in batches of 3 until you got the flow adjusted correctly
ADDITIONAL INFO ON THIS:
mount the segments at an angle
wall thickness of the tube segment is 1.6mm so it fits 4 lines of a 0.4 nozzle
the rim on the tube segment is to help bed adhesion while maintaining a chamfer on the opening
the tube segment is sort of parametrical so you can play with it
