First things first: The dual color version can be printed with a single nozzle printer!
For this, some slicer manipulation is required. This technique is inspired by Devin Montes’ multicolor technique. For instructions see ->
First you have to decide if you want to print a dual or single color stand.
For the dual color version you’ll need all STL’s called “1 – …” and “2 – …” .
For the single color version you’ll need all STL’s called “Single_color…”.
The STL’s of the arms are the same for both versions. To get a multicolor arm, use the option “Change Filament” which is available in most slicers.
The laptop stand itself is completely foldable to A4 format.
The hinge off the arms are print-in-place, so no assembly is required!
It is really important to print the frame with PETG or CPE because it needs to be flexible to a certain point. ABS could work too but I have not tested it.
The hinges have really tight tolerances. Please first print the “Hinge Test” STL before attempting to print the hole stand to make sure that your printer is capable of doing so. If not, increase the scaling factor of all parts in the slicer.
If your printer is not capable of printing the hinges without changing the scaling factor, I would suggest to calibrating it instead of scaling the parts. Check out this awesome guide:

The extended arms have a length of 264mm.
The distance between both arms is 190mm.

Notes:
The frame is designed to be printed at 0.3mm resolution to speed up printing. The arms have to be printed with 0.26mm resolution because of the print-in-place hinge.
