GoPro handlegrip

GoPro handlegrip

designed this GoPro handlegrip to be used with bike handlegrips.

Idea was that I had used spare handlegrip from a bike. So i decided to make use of it by creating a camera handle from it. You can also get yourself a new one that fits your style. Very comfortable and grippy when holding in hands, since handlegrips are designed that way.

Diameter is 22 mm, size of handlegrip part is 85 mm to the rounded edge and about 87 mm to the endpart. Dimensions were taken from grip itself so i assume they should be standard ones. But i suggest checking your own first. Usually those handgrips are stretched on bike handlebars, i assume you could do that on this camera mount as well.

Screwholder included.

Camera holder is hollow on inside, so it saves on weight and material. I suggest printing 100% infill and standing upright, with Brim around it, for better stability. Same for screwholder. I used 1mm nozzle on mine, but any smaller size nozzle will work as well. Results from 0.4mm nozzle will look even better most likely.

Print Settings

Printer brand: Anet
Printer: A8
Rafts: Doesn’t Matter
Supports: Doesn’t Matter
Resolution: 200
Infill: 100
Filament brand: Gembird on mine. Use whatever you want.
Filament color: Whatever suits you
Filament material: PLA or whatever you have.

Notes:

Handlebar is already hollow, so i suggest printing 100% infill. At least top part needs to be 100%, since its small and may break easiear.
