I was sick of my new Sony WH-1000XM2 sitting on my desk and risking being knocked off so I knocked up this design to clamp to the Ikea benchtop I use as a desk. The benchtop is 38.2mm thick and the headphone band section is 30mm wide.
Printed on some dodgy orange PLA I use for prototyping but it turned out fine.
Printed on edge with supports turned on up to 45ยบ. Only generated a few supports so my not be totally necessary.
Get in touch if you would like the desk thickness altered.
Thingiverse can never have enough headphone holders!
