This is a universal stand for hot-shoe and cold-shoe camera-mounted accessories. The device should fit snugly in the clamp at the top, and the angle is adjustable after attaching the platform to the tripod with a 1/4 screw and a wing nut. Ideal for securing monitors, mic, flash, lighting, and other accessories away from the camera when a second tripod or C-stand is not available.
The mesh was generated using topology optimization to minimize weight, print time, and maximize durability. The stand should be able to withstand up to 4kgs of downward load. For unbalanced loads that tend to topple sideways, you can add additional counterweights by placing heavy objects inside the legs of the tripod.

Print the tripod upright. Print the top platform sideways. Print with support both touching and not touching the bed. It will be a bit annoying to remove supports from inside the central cylinder, but with patience it can be done. It’s perfectly fine to leave the supports in too.
