I love the original design by GoAftens and have printed several, but when I got my iphone 8 I wanted something a little different. The case that I had made the front tongs a little small to hold the phone, and I had a charging cable which wouldn’t fit in the phone with the original. I did a ground-up knock-off of the original design rather than hacking into the STL. Mine is a little thinner, taller, wider and has a divot at the bottom just ’cause it looks cool.
