I made this to connect my iPhone 6 to my telescope. It is inspired by the Adafruit telescope adapter for the iPhone 5, I liked their design over any of the existing ones that fit the iPhone 6.
Also included is the OpenSCAD file and you can adjust the parameters to make it fit other phones or eyepieces.

Print it open side down with enough brim to keep it stuck down.
Use a dark / opaque plastic if using in daylight situations.
It’s a moderately long bridge for the screen cutout but my printer handles it well enough that supports aren’t necessary.
