Pictured is an iPhone 6 with an Otterbox Symmetry case. This stand will also work with an iPhone 6 Plus, provided you have a thin case (less than 3mm thick on the bottom). The “Adapter Piece” pictured has a trough cut out to accommodate my thick case, but there is also a version which is flat across the top. I have included the dimensions of the adapter piece so you can design your own to fit your particular case. This stand will work for both the plastic and steel watch chargers. If you use the steel charger, there is a shim piece you can print (since the steel charger is thinner).

The parts you need to print are Stand Base, Left Side, Right Side, Adapter Piece, Watch Charger Cap, and Clip (x2). The Stand Base has recesses for ½” self-adhesive feet (there is also a version without them). The feet I used are like this:

The Right Side and Left Sides I printed with an extra layer added to the bottom, which I sanded off afterwards. That seems to give you the best looking seam when you put them together and it helps reduce warping. If you use the “base layer” STL file, set your first layer thickness equal to the base layer thickness. You could also try using a raft to avoid the sanding. I’ve printed these in both PLA and ABS, for ABS I recommend the “high warp” configuration which has “load spreaders” protruding from the corners which need to be cut off post print.

You may have to adjust the dimensions of the two clips so that they pull the left and right sides together fully. The 8.5mm configuration worked well for me.
