How I Designed This

Designed in Fusion 360.

This thing was designed in Fusion 360. It has fit tolerances designed-in, to make it be not too tight when printed on a 3D printer.

The .F3D, Fusion 360 file is attached for anyone who wants to further modify this design. I have also included the .STEP and .IGES CAD files for anyone not using Fusion 360.
