Mackbook Slant Stand

Mackbook Slant Stand 3D model

his is a stand for MacBooks. The total height is 95mm tall. This model is designed to fit both the 13 inch MacBook models as well as the 15 inch models. (the basic height of a monitor frame). I made this so that my MacBook’s screen will match up with my monitor I use for a second screen. Enjoy the model! I will post more photos once my print finishes.

ASSEMBLY: (refer to image for further clarification)
1) Print all three files.

2) The left and right side files will print two pieces. They slide together and require superglue. They should form a triangle.

3) The supports file has two perfectly square rectangular prisms. These prisms need to be glued on either side of the smallest part. (not the long sides of this part.).

4) Also printed in the Supports file is two fork like parts and two prisms with slants on one end. The fork like part and a prism with the slant connect together. These parts connected together should create an elongated trapezoid.

5) Make two of these “Elongated Trapezoids”

6) Glue them to the slanted side of the small piece that you glued the square rectangular prisms on earlier. This piece all glued together should resemble two acute triangles put together by the hypotenuse and the adjacent sides. The poolside sides should be open.

7) Glue the straight side of this part to both the left and right sides using the guide on those parts. Make sure to glue the slanted sides to the left and right sides.

8) OPTIONAL: Stick rubber buttons on the bottom of the stand to prevent sliding and scratching of surfaces.
