



The box is fairly simple to assemble. I printed the components in PETG on an MK4S with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2mm. After 3D printing, the parts should be mounted as shown. The required components can be found in the parts list below.
The box is designed as a space-saving distributor for standard power cables with a diameter of approximately 6 mm. It is built to securely fix and connect cables. With its compact design, the box is ideal for applications with limited space.
After printing, the 3D-printed parts should be checked for leftover support material and cleaned. Assembly follows these steps:
Insert the grommets (for 2 mm wall thickness) into the designated openings of the box.
Place the Wago clamps into their holders.
Embed the M2.5 threaded inserts into the prepared holes (e.g., using a soldering iron).
The cable ties can be used to further secure the cables.
Use the screws to close the case.
