I created a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ case with honeycomb vents. I also adjusted the mounting points to be more forgiving if you use screws that are too long.
To assemble you will need;
4 x #4-40 x 1/4 socket head cap screws
4 x $4-40 x 3/8 socket head cap screws
