Smartphones have a very good camera even if they are 6 years old.
If you need to add a security camera into your house why not use them?
It’s free and they don’t end up in the trash. A second life if you wish.

Printing wise 0.2mm layers is good enough and it will take around 6 hours depending on your printing speed.
