Another night in my motorcycle garage and again no space left on the workbench.
After an ice cold drink (I am from Bavaria, so guess what it was) I analysed why there is no space and what things I can store somewhere else.
The result was, that I have to find a solution for the spray cans because they take too much space.
A few evenings full of CAD and prototypes later, I had the result in my hands.
–> an easy to print and good working spray can holder where I can just snap the can in
I found three main diameters in my spray can collection.
Thats why I uploaded the .stl for all three diameters.
My holders are screwed on to a 9mm multiplex plate with 4,2x13mm sheet-metal screws.
I uploaded also a picture of the screw hole positions.
With this positions the 66mm holders have a 4mm gap in between each other.
Unfortunately I can not upload my Excel Sheet which calculates the screw-hole positions for the different holder sizes.
Print instructions
Very easy to explain 😉
–> Infill has to be 100% !
–> Layer height doesn’t matter, the thicker the faster
–> no support required
I printed the parts in PLA, but also PETG should work fine.
