I wasn’t happy with any available cases for the Microsoft Surface Pen (2017). I wanted something hard, low-profile, and that would snuggly fit my pen to protect it while in my bag.
This case is meant to be printed vertically. The hinges will initially make a small cracking sound as they are broken-in and they start to function.
EDIT 1: Added in the f3d file for anyone who wants to adjust the case for other things

Hinge Break-In
The hinge will need to be broken in after the print is finished. Gently close the case and you’ll here a slight cracking noise as the internal hinge is broken in. Gently open and close the case until you have full movement of the hinge.
