A Multi-Use Case can’t fit every situation. Because of this, I designed this toothbrush travel case in the same style as my Multi-Use Case. I have designed it to be as compact as possible, but still fit as many styles of toothbrushes as possible. I tested these with 5 kids on a 7 day trip. Not only did these cases survive the abuse, but they performed wonderfully!
Use a section of 1.75mm filament inside the hinge to connect the lid to the base.
Print Settings
Both pieces can be printed with 3 perimeters and 0% infill. Using these settings, all walls of the case will be solid. The only gaps left by using 0% infill will be very small in the angled sections of the hinges. The combined print time was 47 minutes for me.
