A very quickly designed planter for Vase mode printing. I used a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.35mm layer height and a 1.45mm line width. If you want to riff on the design the Fusion 360 model is attached (please remember attribution if you do!)

Print however you please, Vase mode looks good though 😉
I suggest 3 layers for the bottom. Add holes with Prusaslicer as you wish
