One year of learning to celebrate and I always wanted to have the famous “Green Knight” (I had once in my youth). This one is a very well known and detailed model. Hopefully, we have Warhammer Total War to gather infos about it.
The main focus was to render the three layers coat of the mount, the many-banners on the back and the smooth closed helmet with feathers. Those three parts resume well the model semblance as other parts are simply as any knights.
One of the many powers of the Green Knight in V5 was to be able to jump out of any forest in the battlefield, like some vengeful ghost. I tried to make the horse’s back melting in some smoky mist crawling on the ground. This part is clearly designed to be wet blending painted mixing grey/white and green.
