Hinged Bistable switch 3d model

Older versions were less robust and could only run 40-50 cycles in PLA. However, this version is all hinged and runs over 110000 cycles in PLA.

I made stepv2 to make the motion smoother.

Added a shaft that can be printed. For users who do not use 1.75mm filament. Works fine.

Rafts: Doesn’t Matter
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.25
Infill: 20%
Filament: other PLA

How to assemble this

Step 1

Remove the support for all parts. And prepare 3 filaments of 10mm length.
