MNS Chloé is a heavy cruiser based off the Japanese heavy cruiser Takao, and displaces 12500 tonnes in total with an armament of 10 – 200mm guns, 12 100mm guns and a small battery of 40mm anti aircraft guns. The design also features 2 aircraft catapults, marking the first time I’ve added such a feature, alongside 2 floatplanes.
