Decided to create a paddle steamer for a change, and one that was also a passenger vessel.
The PS Searadia was built in 1950 for the coastal transport company, to ferry passengers around the archipelago of Searadia. Whilst motor transport was beginning to become more common place and bridges were being built across most of the major parts of the archipelago, small coastal boats were still required if one wanted to travel from one island to another. In this case the PS Seardia was less for day to day travel and more for tourism.
