This is a remix of a Pokebox that I made my son for his birthday to hold his Pokemon playing cards. We love our switch and I realized that I could easily turn the Pokebox playing card holder into a Pokebox Switch game card holder! While I was at it I also made a 3DS and a DS version as well.
What’s cool about this version is that since its not round like a Pokeball you don’t have to worry about it rolling away. It has a hinged top and spring loaded latch so you don’t have to worry about it opening and loosing your games. The Switch box will hold 10 games and 6 mirco SD cards. The 3DS and DS version will hold 10 games. Both versions use all the same parts with the exception of the bottom, which is different for each version.
Print Settings
All the parts can be printed without supports with the exception of the button which requires just a little bit of support. After printing the required parts put the ring and the button in between the top and the bottom loops with a .75″ long pin spring behind the button and glue the rings together. Then glue the loop assembly onto to the base. There are alignment guides so it can only be glued in the correct orientation Attach the hinge on the lid to the hinge on the top loop using some 1.75mm diameter filament and glue the filament in place on both ends.

I do sell these on my etsy store to those unfortunate people who don’t have a 3D printer to help support my 3D printing hobby.
