Here it is, the print in place hex bit storage case for 1/4″ bits.
No Supports
I printed mine out of PETG at 0.3mm layers but I think finer layer heights would definitely help with the fit of some of the hex bits. I had a few spots that were a little tough because of sag in overhangs but after running a bit through it a few times it works well.
Gaps in “bearings” are at 0.25mm
I included the step file in case you need to edit the fits to the hex bits or if you want to make it hold other things.
I recommend printing in PETG or something that has good layer to layer adhesion.
