Because I have a very basic printer, I had to use the 4 separate files of the original Protoss Pylon light and there was not enough surface area to easily glue the crystal together.
I decided to try to make a few adjustments to the crystal so it could be assembled without glue and, if needed, could be disassembled to replace an LED inside the crystal.
I also added a small hole in the crystal so that a wired light could be placed inside.
The fit is a little tight, but just wiggle the top crystal part over the bottom after lining them up properly and it will snap together securely.

Notes:
I’ve had some stringing in the bottom of the top part of the crystal, but it did not affect the aesthetics of the crystal for all of the prints I did. These need to be printed with rafts so that there is enough surface area for the print to stick to the bed.
Printed with translucent blue filament.
The yellow Pylon supports are totally unchanged, so get them from the original design.
Be sure to thank rephus for his awesome work!
