Introduction & Instructions:
QUICK-CLIP is a versatile mounting system that I designed for backpack and MOLLE webbing. This is a paracord storage wrap / winder module that I designed to go with the base starter set (found under my profile). The large paracord wrap will hold up to 50ft of 550 paracord. Now available is a mini paracord wrap for smaller storage applications! These modules allow for easy access to your items and are attached to and removed from the mounting system in the same way as the other module clips. The locking pin (orange) and base buckle (dark gray) files are available in the base starter set.
I printed these with 0.16mm layer lines with PLA with no supports or brims. There are three files included – two large paracord wrap modules (with one mounting clip and two mounting clips) and one small paracord wrap module. The double clip version it designed to fit between two buckles mounted to MOLLE webbing or spaced out on a backpack strap. The single clip versions can be used to attach to places where only one buckle can be placed on the pack. To wind the paracord, feed one end through the central hole, tie an overhand knot, and wrap the paracord evenly around the spool. When finished winding, feed the other end of the paracord through one of the outer rings and tie an overhand know to secure it in place.
